About the Role:

The Sales Operations Analyst plays a key role in driving operational excellence within ServiceNow’s sales organization. Aligned to several Americas regions, you’ll oversee forecasting accuracy, sales process efficiency, and compliance with pricing and licensing policies. This role is ideal for detail-oriented professionals who enjoy analyzing data, supporting sales teams, and optimizing workflows in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do:

  • Support regional sales teams with forecasting, deal analysis, and revenue insights.
  • Attend forecast calls and analyze the sales pipeline for accuracy and trends.
  • Evaluate customer licensing, product usage, and identify upsell opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Legal, and Deals Desk to ensure adherence to pricing and approval policies.
  • Review quotes and sales orders for accuracy and completeness.
  • Monitor data compliance and maintain accurate CRM records.
  • Propose innovative pricing and payment solutions based on customer and business needs.
  • Ensure smooth coordination between order management and sales systems for booked opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of sales operations experience in the software or technology sector.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and time management skills.
  • Proven ability to support multiple sales territories effectively.
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Team-oriented mindset, attention to detail, and a results-driven attitude.
  • Familiarity with leveraging AI-powered tools or insights in sales processes is an advantage.
